Returns & Exchanges

You may exchange items within a specific window (typically 7–14 days) if:

Condition of Items

  • Items must be unused, in original and resalable condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

  • Exchanges must be accompanied by the original invoice or gift/exchange voucher.

Credit Vouchers

  • Approved exchanges can be issued as a credit voucher, valid for 90 days.

Sale & Promotion Items

  • Items purchased during sales, special offers, or promotions may only be exchanged at the same purchase price.

  • Clearance / liquidation items, are final sale and non-exchangeable.

Item Reservations

  • Items may be reserved for up to 14 days with a 20% deposit.

  • If full payment is not completed within 14 days, items will be released.

  • The deposit will be converted into a credit voucher valid for 90 days

Special Orders

All special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once confirmed.
