Terms of Service

These terms apply when you browse objetilb.com or place an order with OBJETI. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Shipping & Returns, Returns & Exchanges, Warranty and Privacy Policy pages, which form part of these terms.

Who We Are

OBJETI is a design boutique based in Achrafieh, Beirut, Lebanon (Gebeily & Eid Bldg). You can reach us at info@objetilb.com, on WhatsApp at +961 3 511 676 or by phone at +961 21 202 663.

Products and Prices

• We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours, textures and finishes may look slightly different on your screen, and natural materials vary from piece to piece.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
• Delivery fees are not included in product prices unless we say so; they depend on the order size, the delivery location and any special handling.

Orders

• Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is no longer available or a price was shown in error. If you have already paid, we return what you paid for that order.
• Special orders are placed with the brand on your behalf. Lead times vary by brand, and special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once confirmed.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or keep your card details.

Delivery

We deliver across Lebanon, usually within 2 to 3 working days for in-stock items. International shipping is arranged on request with a custom quote. For large items, access to your space (and a crane where one is needed) is to be provided by you. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Returns

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery, intact and in its original box. We do not offer refunds: approved returns are exchanged or issued as a credit voucher. Full details are on our Returns & Exchanges page.

Warranty

Each brand we represent provides its own warranty against manufacturing defects. Wear and tear, misuse and improper care are not covered. Details and how to make a claim are on our Warranty page.

Use of This Website

• The text, photographs and marks on this website belong to OBJETI or to the brands we represent, and are used with permission. You may share links to our pages; please do not copy our content without our written agreement.
• Please do not misuse the website, for example by trying to disrupt it or access parts of it that are not public.

Our Responsibility

We are responsible for delivering the products you order as described. We are not responsible for losses that we could not reasonably foresee, or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the law that applies to you.

The Law That Applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you place it.
